At Bitcasa customer privacy and data security are our number one concerns. We have gone through great lengths to make sure that your data is always fully encrypted on the client side and completely unreadable by anyone other than you on the server side.

Since we cannot decrypt your data unless you explicitly give us the decryption keys there is no mechanism to inspect or disclose any of the data you're storing internally or with any third party or agency.
